Kind and attentive Staff. The gentleman upfront was super helpful.
After many years of therapy I had almost lost faith that I could get over some trauma that had been plaguing me. Then I found this place. They helped me address parts of my life and story that I never knew needed attention and within 6 sessions of EMDR mixed with body work and mindfulness I feel like a new person. Highly recommend
