This business does not require it's employees or patrons to wear a mask, violating Governor Polis's mandatory mask order. Both a customer and employee without masks came within a foot of me. When I said something, I was treated with hostility and I was told "they can't ask someone why they aren't wearing a mask due to HIPAA". A simple Google search will show that this is untrue and that there are no HIPAA/ADA exceptions for wearing a mask and not social distancing.
