My experience here was horrible as I was met with the most rude and unprofessional customer service from a particular individual who was there in the 11AM time frame today. I asked her politely if I can bring me dog in with me, she didn't answer at first and rolled her eyes. She told me to ask the other customer inside ordering! This place has always been a nice place to shop. Especially if you get Chantelle to work with you
6 months ago there was a review for the desk lady being rude, the only statement the company represented themself with was “fake name with a fake review” and after my first visit here I can say it’s not a fake review. After watching the employee smoke in their buick suv and enter the store before me, I walked in and asked if that must be neat to be able to have sesh breaks while working yk.
