I’ve had similar experiences to others here — one staff member in particular is consistently unpleasant. She looks to be in her late 30s early 40s, larger build, blonde, wears glasses, and comes across as very rude. She tends to raise her voice and makes customers feel like they’re bothering her. Honestly, it feels pretty disrespectful. That being said, the rest of the team has always been kind and helpful, so it’s a shame one person leaves such a negative impression. Went there after i got refused cause of my BC id lol Chantelle is absolutely amazing!!🫶🏽🫶🏽 She’s a fantastic budtender who really knows her stuff and always takes the time to treat customers with care and respect. She’s super friendly, welcoming. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people find exactly what they need. Customer service like hers is hard to find — Cannabis Express is lucky to have her!

Edit: changed my review, bought a disposable vape. Tried it right in front of the lady as I bought it. Clearly defective. (Did not charge or pull at all… $60 btw) she said there is nothing her store can do and said I have to buy a new one. Extremely disappointed. Ps: all in a manner of 60 seconds from purchase… Buyer beware

Blonde at the front was extremely rude told me the product was crystal coated and it wasn’t then she refused to exchange it and said that she said she thought it was.. didn’t even google it or attempt to see if what she was telling me was correct as a cannabis dispensary it’s important to know what your selling your client Update she sold me the wrong product i opened it infront of her told it was not correct and wouldn’t exchange
