I’ve had similar experiences to others here — one staff member in particular is consistently unpleasant. She looks to be in her late 30s early 40s, larger build, blonde, wears glasses, and comes across as very rude. She tends to raise her voice and makes customers feel like they’re bothering her. Honestly, it feels pretty disrespectful. That being said, the rest of the team has always been kind and helpful, so it’s a shame one person leaves such a negative impression.

Probably the worst selection of cartridges out of any dispensary in Brampton. ZERO LIVE RESIN CARTRIDGES. NO TRIBAL PRODUCTS. A bit overpriced for the products they do have in stock. You can drive 2 mins down the street to Value Buds and get waaaaaay better value. DO BETTER! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

The girl working on Monday July 21st has an attitude problem. Rolling her eyes and just being absolutely rude for no real reason. If it was my first time here, I would give it a 1 star. But it’s been a couple times and the other girls are super nice and friendly so don’t want one bad apple to alter my opinion. Regardless, she needs a customer service 101 course or find another job where you can be by yourself with your mood swings.
