Everyone else here has been friendly, but the older lady has been consistently cold, rude, and dismissive. This has happened multiple times, I wouldn’t leave a bad review over one interaction. The store is right beside my house, but I’m done feeling unwelcome and will be going elsewhere
There’s one older woman who works there, and I genuinely don’t know if she’s racist or what her deal is. When she’s talking to white customers especially older white customers she’s incredibly friendly and warm. But as soon as I interact with her, no matter how friendly or polite I am, her whole demeanor changes. Probably the worst service I’ve received from a bud tender, tells you to look in the book when the store is empty of customers and you ask for a specific product. So standoffish older lady there needs to learn some customer service skills before I’ll be going back
I ADORE this place. I've been going to this store since it opened a few years ago, and I've yet to find another potshop that has the quality of service you can find at this store. If you time your visits to the daily deals, you'll find yourself saving money when compared to other potshops. Words can't describe how much I love this store.
