I used Mike Canna as our real estate attorney for our recent home purchase, and I'm very glad that I did. He and his team were all easy to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and kept in consistent contact to make sure I had all the information I needed at every step. Our home had a quick close, so any misstep or delay would've put the close at risk, and Mike helped keep us in line to be able to execute in time. Mike was great!!!! He helped my family and I with the close of our house. There were “issues”leading up to the close with the builder that Mike handled too. He always took the time to listen first and was very timely in getting back to us. I really appreciate everything he has done. I plan to use Mike for other legal needs in the future.
