Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable experience. The employee, Holly, was blatantly rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. Her attitude showed a serious lack of respect for customers and a clear disregard for even the most basic service standards. Non reliable to supply your needed product once you get used to it. I often buy CBD:CBG sofgels but at some point it runs out and you can't order or pre-order.
Went into store In Airdrie to purchase my usual 420 purchases. Last year I was given one of their memberships for free and I could shop in the whole store. This year the membership cost $25 and if I don't pay the $25 I can only shop at half the store. Upon hearing this I left. So did to other 2 shoppers. Too many places around that you don't need a membership for. I recommend not going into the store. Right Across the street has the same prices but no membership.
