canna cabanas business model is exceptionally painful. The staff have 0 say of what comes into the store, they shove the elite membership down your throat to get the required monthly quota (of literally 1 sign up per month) and the accessory selection has gone down hill. dried flower selection gets slimmer and slimmer every time i go in there. not coming back.
I had a wonderful experience this evening. I was greeted by the most cheerful and energetic ladies , Charity and Serenity ( I hope I spelled their names correctly). I had just gotten off work and their positivity was such a nice end to my day . I felt so welcome and the service they provided was top notch! On top of that the store was spotless and the products were amazing . I left with a huge smile and I can’t wait to go back!! :)
I came to give Hollie a 5 start review for helping me start vaping she explained everything so that even i could understand, she even wrote the things down so i wouldnt forget. To the other commenters leave her alone!! She told me i should have my own account too and guess what i made one!! Shes the sweetest little thing wouldnt hurt a fly and always super friendly and knows her stuff i went to the moon lol. Everyone there deserves a pat on the back for being so awesome and knowledgeable! The new manager is awesome too!
This place was the absolute best store and ive been using it almost daily since they've opened. However since the pink haired girl has started working there the store has been one of the most unwelcoming places ive been and will be supporting another venue. Place was 5 stars or more for customer service when Melissa was manager and its always a delight seeing Bill there. 1 star is to high still due to every experience had now since the pink hair has started there, clearly hates her job and the customers suffer.
