My partner drove from Calgary to this location to purchase a flower vaporizer. He was told that he could return it if he decided it wasn't what he wanted. He found a newer model at a different location for less money. After returning to this location the next day, an employee called his manager to see if the item can be returned, and he was told no. Drove from Calgary to grab a pax mini last night. They saw it was their last unit on display open box, so I confirmed with the person working if I could return it as long as not used etc. before buying it. I was told I had 14 days to return. The next day I went to return it as discussed because I wanted to get the solo 2 instead from a different canna cabana location.
