By the time I showed up, she already had exactly what I needed bagged up and ready to go — talk about clutch service 🙌 She even helped me out with some flower recommendations that were spot on. I placed an order today for a product that showed as available online, but it turns out to be sold out (website just doesn't work properly). I’m now being told I have to wait 5–10 days to get my money back, which is unacceptable for a mistake on YOUR end. I’d like to know if there’s any way to process the refund sooner or offer store credit so I’m not out the money for over a week. I’ve been a loyal customer and this experience really doesn’t reflect well on your brand. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
Excellent service from Sean. I’m able to tell him what I’m looking for (i.e. size, price, THC) and he has never failed, all recommendations were good! He is also very knowledgeable.
