It’s Saturday, in the middle of summer, and we’ve had no water for nine hours. I called the property management office, and the lady who answered gave no update, no explanation, and not even an apology. The lack of communication and concern is extremely frustrating.
I just want to take the time to update this review following the recent review I just read below this one. I continue to receive excellent support and continue to reach out to Rachele with every concern I have and she assists me wonderfully. Keep up the good work! Our experience with Donna and Beata and the management team has been very pleasant and professional. The team is always ready to help whenever possible. Highly recommend!
Our stay at the Mansion has been a very pleasant one. The management team is always helpful and, Beata and Donna are a great team. I should also add Frank who has a heart of empathy and goodness, especially towards seniors.
