Our carpet was in a distressed state- it had stains galore, and had not been cleaned for several years. They works magic on carpets (although they had said it was the worst carpet stains they had seen in several years)! Really- I was quite doubtful that they would be able to get much of anything out, but they were very diligent and our apartment looks like new. Its amazing!!!!
