I do not recognize the person described in the negative reviews, and I have worked with Francine Canion as my agent and as my building manager for more than 9 years,. The person I have worked with has always been thoroughly professional and pleasantly helpful. We have collaborated on three transactions. Francine sold my son an apartment in 2011 and is now listing/selling that apartment for me. Furthermore she is helping me buy another apartment in Manhattan. She is polite and thoughtful. Very very unprofessional lady, doesn't care their client, lost 5 thousands because of this lady. Keep this lady away, she will scam you
My wife recently reached to Canion from this office for assistance with finding an apartment. We scheduled an appointment as the designated location. However, due to personal reasons we were not able to make it. What happened next was non-stop phone calls and unprofessional, foul language, life threatening voicemails from Canion. If you want to deal with unprofessional people then canion is for you! If I didn't have to put a star I would!
