Our Sylists provide personal consultations for each pet prior to their grooming session to find out about your preferred grooming style. We also access your pet's skin and coat so we can formulate a shampoo and conditioning treatment that will address their needs. We use only the finest products including Iv San Bernard, the top European line imported from Italy.

Horrible experience. They charged me $65 for a lab to get a bath and toe is trim when my 5lb yorkie got a full groom for the same price. No pricing listed on their website, didn’t tell me ahead of time. I’ve been to other groomers who charge $25 for a bath and toenail trim on my lab. Not friendly, told me to put my dogs in a cage and then leave. Also said it would be 2 hours and it ended up taking over 3 hours. Will never come back here or reccowmnd them.

Ashley, it is not uncommon for services to have different prices based on the size and breed of the dog. I am sorry if you were not made aware of the price ahead of time. We do our best to take excellent care of all the pets we see, and we'd never intend to make you feel like they weren't cared for properly. The large dog run in the lobby is there to protect you and me against COVID-19 and to abide by the six feet rules of social distancing. Staff are very caring, professional and great with my dog Hershey. Hershey’s nails were trimmed and her coat was shampooed shiny, clean and smells beautiful.
