I used to work at Canine Designs as a dog bather then began to learn to be a dog groomer. I highly recommend this place due to I have had the pleasure of behind the scene experience. We all worked with the utmost patience with each customer and thier beloved pets to ensure that the pet was not stressed out. We made sure to take each pet outside on a leash to use the bathroom so no bathroom accidents happened to mess up thier grooming outcome. I will never take my dogs back here again! We dropped them off at around 8:30. Lady at front asked if I had a time I wanted them back and I said no. Well that was bad on my end because at 1:00 they still hadn’t gave my yorkie a hair cut after being there for 5 hours! When I did get them back they literally cut all her hair off her body and that has never happened before. Since we have gotten her back she has been shaking, scared to death, and clinging to her momma. I’m not su… See more
