This place used to be top notch. USED to be. Years ago, before the current owner Melissa took over. It has substantially gone down hill in the last few years. Each month worse than the previous. Plan to have your dogs here 6-10 hours each visit. After going here for 10 years and them having my dog for 10 hours on the most recent occasion I was upset, their response when I finally reached someone on their cell phone was "maybe you should take him somewhere else".
