These people have no idea how to run a business. They don't answer the phone and have no voicemail. If you can spend the day coming and going at their convenience you will get acceptable grooming at a slightly inflated cost. If you work a normal day job and need a groomer who can accept morning drop-offs and afternoon pickup, go somewhere else.

Brought our dog in with very matted fur - he was very well taken care of and groomed beautifully! Being a collie mix I was very concerned that he would have to be closely shaved to remove his matted fur. They were able to still leave the majority of his long fur in tact and give him a beautiful healthy coat! Very pleased.
Crystal did a great job on my Daisy! Would highly recommend.
We have been bringing Louie to Canine Design for years now and they always do an excellent job! Crystal did great and was extra careful with Louie since he is older and is very scared of going to the groomer. When we called to get an appointment, we were able to get one very soon making it so we didn't have to wait days to get him in. Louie had a GREAT experience with Canine Design!

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience. However we never owned the business in January of 2017. We definitely would have accommodated you in any way that we could but unfortunately I have never spoken with you or received any messaging from you since my ownership.
First time I took my Maltese and Yorkie they did a great job. Took them back for follow-up grooming and I noticed the young lady who groomed my dogs before was there. Nevertheless, experience has horrible. Dogs hair wasn't cut, my Maltese was cut and bleeding in several places. They didn't follow directions. It was obvious they had clue and failed at customer service. Now my Maltese is in pain and my Yorkie looks the very same as he did when he went in. No refund, no discount. Will NEVER go back.
I worked here for about 1 month. The new owner Rachael and her husband Jon are inexperienced in this industry. Neither one of them has owned a business before and they certainly have never groomed any dogs. Before I started here they had already had an employee (groomer) walk out on them.
