Sorry to hear that Kelly. You should have called immediately and we would have offered to flea bathe your dogs. However this is the first I am hearing this and I do groom several dogs weekly. Being in this business for over 25 years I do take precautionary measures to prevent flea issues. We always try to please our clients sorry you weren't one of them.
I love Shirley! My Bichon Bailey is a hand full to groom I went through 5 groomers before I found her. I am always satisfied with the results. Highly recommend!!�❤️
This was our first visit. I booked the appt for my mom's 2 dogs. Sunny is a 14 yr old Golden Retriever with one eye and has special needs and Callie is a Yorkie mix and is 8 yrs old. Liz was so friendly from the first phone call to book the appts. This morning I met Liz and Shirley, so friendly and accommodating. I felt safe leaving them both there.
