I have taken my shih tzu here 4times. I was satisfied the first 3 times but after the last appointment I will never take my baby there again. When I dropped him off he was so happy, jumping around licking everybody and when I picked him up he was like a differnt dog. I specifically stated not to shave him and that I wanted the shih tzu cut with teddy bear face.
