Don’t bring your pet here unless you want to be completely lied to and screwed over. Don’t bother making an appointment because they don’t matter and you’ll have to wait all day to get your pet back. There is no standardization to pricing. It’s whatever Tori feels like charging that day. There’s lots of other groomers in the area where you don’t have to go through this.
You people left the doors locked and my dogs are still in the cage. What’s wrong with you?
took my dog there about 6 months ago, groomer never showed up. So I asked for just a bath, took 5 hrs. paid in cash and they couldn't even break a 20. BAD experience. Well, thought I would give them another chance. Last week made appt. Guy told me 9am following day. Got there at 8:30am. Sign says open at 8am. Store still locked no one there. Waited till 9:15am. The owner is rude and is not nice to the dogs. My wife said that she and the other woman that just sits at the front desk were both no help and were just flat out disrespectful. We will not be taking our services here any longer. This place needs to be shut down. It is horrible
Tori told me the price of what it would be for my dog when I made the appointment, then when it came to pay she charged me almost twice as much :/
