For the third time in just a few months we have showed up with our dog to a locked door that has a blinking open sign. Called the phone number on the door and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Last time the door was locked we called several times and a man came out half dressed, in his jeans and socks to help us. I don’t know what kind of business you are running but I am looking for a more professional place.

Tori is a wonderful groomer and does a wonderful job with our collie's She is patient and kind to our fur babies. She takes her time to make sure our fur babies are BEAUTIFUL. I don't mind the wait. :)
They always do such a good job at this place but this time they’ve outdone themselves! 🥰 I’m one proud yorkie mom ❤️❤️ for any of my fellow moms of furrbabies I would HIGHLY recommend!!! I love how they were able to take in my baby last minute since there were some scheduling issues with my last groomer & I love how convenient they are located to my house! This place was excellent at one point. Now they don’t answer and there page is no longer available to message them.
Go back to their previous work ethic. I took my elderly dog there for years and had very few problems. But, I'm sorry to say, I won't be taking my new puppy there anymore. Dropped him off at 9:00am for a simple bath and nail trim. Called at 1:30 and they said he would be ready in 30 minutes. Showed up at 2:00. The doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. Knocked on the door and could hear the dogs barking. No sign on the door. Waited and other people showed up to pick up their dog. They showed up around 2:30. Af... read more
