I just got home from picking up my two goldens being groomed for the first time in a year. My puppy can be a handful. As soon as I got there I knew all will be ok. They were fantastic to my furry babies! I'm very protective! Turns out lily my young one was A very good girl! Dotty was too but she is always good. They weren't caged. And they look beautiful. Smell so good! They don't seem all stressed out either. I highly recommend ! We are going back in 6 weeks!
Right when I walked I felt welcomed by everyone. Cali, my golden, hates confinement so when I read that this is a cage free space it made me feel a million times better. They walked Cali and I through the shop and we discussed what we wanted done grooming wise. When I left there was no tears from me or Cali! Later that afternoon I get a little video and text saying how great she was, that made me feel even better. When I went to pick her up she was calm, and excited and beautifully groomed! Super impressed! We'll be back!

The staff is patient and they genuinely care for my fur baby, Gauge. Prices are very reasonable and there are many options to choose from.
Great stress free environment. Christine and her staff are compassionate and highly skilled. They know just what to do to put any dog at ease. They are very knowledgeable about all breeds and go to great lengths to make each visit and service a positive experience for your fur baby. Prices are very reasonable. True animal lovers.

I drive from New Buffalo becuz my precious Charlie and poppy love Chris and her crew. They run ahead of me to the door. They are amazing with them and make it a pure treat to be groomed
