Rachel is our Groomer, yet there was a mix up. Mike (owner)called us, had us come down and talk, and took full blame, Rachel helped resolve the issue, and while the grooming could not be perfect as their usual, it was hardly noticeable... and they compensated us making it good. We of course will be back, while it shouldn't have happened, and we know it will never happen again; they made it good...that is what you want in customer service. Rachel at Kathy’s Canine Connection is AMAZING! I’ve been bringing my dog Gus there for 2-3 years now and I am so glad I found them/her! My Gus is not easy to cut and Rachel knocks it out of the ball park every time! If you need a groomer call Kathys! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you guys! Gussy and I appreciate you a lot!!

Amazing, kind ladies. Very understanding to our situation. My dogs nails were pretty overgrown but he is a 100lb baby, whines a lot, pees when scared, tries to get away, etc... He is also 10 years old. We arrived at 9am, they gave him love and took him back. I was honestly a little worried lol since I couldn't go back with him. 10 minutes later (if even that long) she came out with him all trimmed. He did great, they did great. As a mom of now two kids. Meanwhile working a full time job. It’s been difficult at times to maintain our dog Jewel. She’s a mixed bread maltees/shit-tzu. For those who know she’s full of fur. As much as I try my best to maintain it. There’s no other person that does just as an amazing job with her. That is my Leann! There’s no words to clarify how much of an amazing groomer she is.
