I cannot recommend canine clips enough!! They not only squeezed us right in but did a beautiful job on my pup! I am so happy with how he looks and smells and will definitely be bringing him here for his regular grooming.

1.5 year old golden retriever had his first ever haircut here, and he loved it! He came home clean, happy, and less furry for summer. Great experience with groomer Ashley.
My 9 year old love has lots of anxiety, but you would never know it when she gets groomed here. My daughter and I came in quietly and observed her checking out the other dogs, walking around and wagging her tail. It made me feel so relieved knowing she is able to be so comfortable. Of course, she also looks and smells fabulous! From the minute you walk in the door to the phone call that they are ready to be picked up, you can't match the service anywhere else.

Rudy had her first groom appointment here and I was beyond impressed. When I first walked in, one of the groomers was working with a dog that was agitated and snarling at her. She spoke to him calmly and kept talking to him to calm him down instead of ignoring him or getting frustrated. Rudy’s appointment was very quick, I got the call to pick her up in less than 2 hours. Terrible customer service, had an emergency and had to cancel. I’ve been using this groomer for two years and I always have to pull teeth just to schedule an appointment, even when I see later they post “walk ins welcome.” I’ve never cancelled before and they told me I couldn’t reschedule for a later time today on top of telling me I’d have to pay a cancellation fee next time I bring my dogs. I’m sorry you are having a bad day! Our cancellation policy is and has always been 24 hours. As we schedule one dog at a time a no show leaves us without dogs to do. We are a busy salon and booking two dogs in for a day may take more than a week. We are fully booked until Monday so I’m sorry that is not convenient for you!
