Great job everyone on my purchase a month ago. I was hesitant at first, but you guys are able to explain to me how the item works.
I just wanted to say that my husband and I stopped in while in Nebraska to watch the eclipse and we had the best experience in your store. We were helped by everyone and especially an associate named Ian. He helped with a backpack molding/fitting and he was extremely helpful and informative. The staff there were all friendly and full of knowledge. We truly wish that there was a Canfield's store near the Wisconsin/Minnesota area. The store has gone down hill fast.I have went to Canfield's since I was 6 years old.I can't believe the direction the store has gone in.I will never shop there again.
I visited earlier today to kill some time and maybe pick up a new hat. One of the employees saw me checking them out and told me that they just received a shipment of EVERY available new style of Patagonia snap-back for the season, and that she would be happy to bring them out to show me. I kid you not, she wheeled out 4 large boxes of unopened shipment containing hundreds of hats, with 50 fresh Patagonia designs that they neatly unpacked on the sales floor for me to look at.
