Ill be the first to say that canfield isn't worth a penny very thin walls water never stays hot and the have very poor staffing i regret moving there haven't been there for 7mnths an im already moving.
I would not advise anyone to move here. The space is great, neighbors are fine. However when it comes to the maintenance you can forget about A1 service. First of all when i first moved in I was attacked every nite by spiders and fruit bugs! I would wake up every morning with spiders bites. I got rid of them myself. But the worst came, ROACHES!!!!!!! When i first seen them i called the office, they came out twice because the first time they didnt go a good job on exterminating. But now Im seeing them like everyday, i dont kn... read more
Do not stay in these apartments unless you dont mind living with roaches!! Too ghetto, didnt know it was section 8. PPl just stand outside all day which is annoying. Poor parking, I have a newborn and can never find a decent parking spot, walking too far from my apartment. Didnt trust mainentance, dont live here!!! Big mistake
I have complained and complained about people on the 2nd floor of my apartment building. One couple moved out but the other ones have gotten 10x worse. its a party house. in the summer you cant get in your apartment for all the people sitting all over the steps. and there are people in and out all night long. they dont even try to be quiet after 11;30. they act as if they are the only ones living in this building. I enjoy living in the Canfield Green Apartments. I have plenty of space, and no real problems with the neighbors. The main problem I have is with the maintainance. I have submitted the same request for my toilet several times, but it has not ever been completely fixed.
