Established in 1867, we are the oldest continually operating, family owned, community pharmacy in Connecticut. The pharmacy is located on lovely Main Street (US Rt 6) in historic Woodbury. We are a country store carrying a wide variety of unusual, hard to find items. We will gladly special order items. There is a penny candy counter and an antique soda fountain(hoping to re-open in the near future).

Canfield Corners offers excellent advice on over the counter medications that can actually eliminate a doctors visit . Mary’s knowledge is amazing! As a town we want to have a variety of services - pharmacies are one of them. They will only remain here if we support them. When we support local businesses we are supporting the very foundation of what this town was built on. I encourage those who value this to frequent what we have before it disappears.
Canfield Corner was our local pharmacy growing up in Woodbury, after my family moved here when I was in 8th grade many years ago. I still have wonderful memories of walking here from our house and buying all sorts of things, from to ice cream to school supplies. I can’t wait to see it when it gets repainted in the Spring!
