I've been going to Dr. Leatherman almost 2 years now. Never really had an issue up until now. Have been trying to make appointments for my wrist & refills on important meds for weeks now only to get an answering machine & no calls back. He's apparently moved office buildings ( didn't inform me or probably anyone ) I had to find out by going to the post office to find where his new shack of an office was located. Very concerning to just leave patients hanging without a word of what's going on.
Went here when I was younger and just now am getting re established as an adult and I called to discuss coming back as a patient and who ever the male was who picked up was terribly rude and defensive for no reason ! The first time I called he said he’d call back and I had worried he’d forgotten so I gave him another call and he got all upset and offended and RUDE because he thought I said he had forgotten to call me back. “I don’t like being told I forgot something, anyway what do you need” were his exact words, when I was ... read more
I have been going here for the last seven years and have always had wonderful service. Even when my insurance changed and they no longer accepted it they worked with our insurance to start accepting so we could still go there. No place is perfect but they have always taken care of me and my family very well.

I never had an issue with 80% of their staff but some of the receptionist are absolutely rude and unprofessional! We went there for about 6-7 years and had Dr. Woods as our primary and not one time did any of us see him. This clinic is surprisingly still in business even with as many students come through there you are never able to build a Dr./ patient type of relationship. None of my children were ever able to get their immunizations there because they are not on Medicaid! I can not believe I wasted so much time on this wh... read more
