Worst electric company I’ve ever dealt with. Power goes out a lot. Never get the bills in the mail like I’m supposed to and they swear they send them out. Shut off electric same day bill is due twice on me. Plus the lady that works at the front desk and answers the phone is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Shows they really don’t care about customer relations.
Shut my electric off on the day the bill was due. Also during cold weather. Of course the office was closed by the time I got off work. Bill was paid in full by end of business day. They simply scam people out of a $400 deposit over and over. I for one will be contacting the board, as well as the utility comission.
I like Electric Company, But They hide your Electric Bill so they can hide the added penny charges.
