No other options and it shows! Always demeaning to customers. Put you down. Don’t communicate very well besides their automated system that send the bill. Rude, difficult, and a pain to deal with if anything goes wrong. Not met one person up there that I would consider nice. They act like they absolutely hate being there which if I had the rating and reviews this place does I would imagine it comes from an upper level and they probably hate their jobs. Kim is amazing. She made it very easy to turn on service and she was extremely friendly
The electricity went out on my road called didn't take maybe 30 minutes for a group of people to show up and spent a couple hours working on the power line. They worked till 1 am getting it fixed absolutely amazing group of people. Thank y'all so much.
