The old lady won’t follow what you ask her to do. Asked her to ONLY TRIM MY HAIR AND SHE LITERALLY CUT OFF 4 YEARS OF GROWTH. Then she tried to gaslight me into thinking that she did not cut them that short. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE FOR HAIR CUTS THE OLD LADY WITH CURLY HAIR DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING AND WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR. I ONLY WENT HERE CAUSE IT WAS CHEAP BUT TRUST ME AVOID THIS PLACE

Today was my 1st time here with Janés (hopefully I'm spelling it correctly) & I am so happy with my haircut, I kept smiling 😁😁 She's so sweet, polite, makes u feel comfortable & she actually listened & gave me the haircut I wanted 🤗 I am definitely going back to her, she is amazing ☺️😘 Happy customer 😁 Jennie
