Absolute worst customer experience let alone automotive repair experience I've ever had! Unprofessional, rude, unaccountable, overpriced and low pertormer. Randy and Carlos should be avoided at all costs. If I could put zero or negative stars I would. Having our car serviced here was such a horrendous experience I wouldn't even trust the accompanying car wash to clean our vehicle.
Went for an oil change yesterday. There was no wait. I was in and out in no time. Great teamwork guys!!

I’ve only taken my car to them for oil changes , had a small leak and took it back to them. They fixed it with no issues and I appreciated it very much. They are always polite and get me in and out. .
I called in before to ask for a price for synthetic. I provided my car info and was quoted. I said great I’ll be there in 20mins. I got there and suddenly it was an additional $18 because they had to remove the mud/splash shield covering the access to the oil filter. Which by the way is held by 4 screws. What a ripoff.
