This pizza place is fantastic! Wood fired pizza cooked to perfection. A great spot in downtown Carrollton. Always stop by when I’m in the area.
Ordered the "Cane Rosso" pizza and made it spicy. I really was hoping I'd like this place but was very disappointed. The pizza was incredibly salty. I would assume that they use higher quality ingredients especially with advertising house made mozzarella but I couldn't tell through the attack of salt. It does seem that they cook pizza's in a very hot (brick?) oven and ostensibly have high quality dough, however, whoever was manning the oven must not be very experienced with it due to the dough being nicely charred on the out... read more
