These apartments are GHETTO! The people over here are ratchet! Kids or adults have no respect! They blast music at all hours. You can stay 10 doors down and can hear their music! They have no home training at all! Full of section 8 holders so you k ow they have nothing to lose no security on the weekends so they really blast must, kids hang all in the driving ways so you have to go under 2 miles not to hit them. When I first moved here a couple of years ago it was quiet. Now children play ball every where with no parenting outside I believe they're raising themselves it's too dam noisy
