I went in to have a repair done on a necklace I had break, and I received the best customer service ever! Nikki was super welcoming and helpful. I told her I was going out of town the next day and they went above and beyond to have my necklace fixed before my trip. Both Jed and Nikki are very knowledgeable and could not be more kind
Hands down the BEST jewelry store I have ever walked into. I would like to thank Jed and his crew for their services. This experience left me walking out their store knowing exactly why and what I spent my money on. This is something of sentimental value to me! The BEST PART I got to walk out wearing my pops necklace again. I left with peace of mind knowing someone took the time to explain and show me what needed to be done and why. The jeweler was friendly, knowledgeable, and expertly identified the characteristics of my engagement ring. The resizing was performed meticulously, resulting in a stunning final product. I express my sincere gratitude for their outstanding work.
If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would. I needed to design a new wedding ring set (my old one was causing a skin allergy). I had a VERY specific vision I wanted that incorporated multiple elements (new mixed metals, a new center stone, using stones from my old ring as well as a family piece, design elements that needed to look like my old ring, etc.). I cannot speak highly enough of Jed and Nikki! I went into their store based on reviews. I needed my grandmother’s ring resized and repaired. It was very important to me to find someone who could be trusted with a special project. The ring is beyond gorgeous and looks better than ever! I am so grateful to have found Jed and Nikki!
