My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with cane bay jewelers! Jed and Nikki are an amazing team and were incredibly patient and communicative during the entire process! Jed was able to take an art deco family heirloom ring and customize/restore it for use as my engagement ring (which is absolutely stunning!!). You can tell Jed is very passionate about what he does and that translates into the jewelry!

I couldn’t say enough about this jewelry store. They restored a watch that is 30+ years old from my dad who passed away. This watch of is great sentimental value to me and Cane Bay Jewelers brought it back to life. They also restored my husband’s ring, with nicks and scratches, to looking brand new again. You get a sense of their professionalism walking into this place, such as receiving a printed receipt listing items you dropped off. I went in to have a repair done on a necklace I had break, and I received the best customer service ever! Nikki was super welcoming and helpful. I told her I was going out of town the next day and they went above and beyond to have my necklace fixed before my trip. Both Jed and Nikki are very knowledgeable and could not be more kind

Hands down the BEST jewelry store I have ever walked into. I would like to thank Jed and his crew for their services. This experience left me walking out their store knowing exactly why and what I spent my money on. This is something of sentimental value to me! The BEST PART I got to walk out wearing my pops necklace again. I left with peace of mind knowing someone took the time to explain and show me what needed to be done and why.
