Candace completely ruined my mother's hair. She claimed with full confidence that she could do the style my mom asked for the whole time while it was being done, but the result was a disaster. The cut was uneven with random layers and patch sections- it looked nothing like the picture we showed her. My mom left feeling embarrassed and devasted.
