Very very nice staff, easy to do business with, very helpful as an agency. Auto premiums were in no way competitive with others in the same field, premiums just kept going up and up and up while my driving record stayed the same, 30% higher premiums for Apples to Apples coverage. I guess they have to pay for Jimmy Fallon to be on their commercial, but it won't be due to my premium hikes.
Excellent customer service, excellent rates! Shelly was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient!
