It’s been a long time since I’ve had to advocate for myself so much at a nail appointment. I got GelX and they were put on at an upward angle resulting in gaps between the fake nail and my natural nail. I don’t have time to go back this week and I’m very concerned about getting an infection between the layers, as stuff is already getting stuck in the gaps. The edges of the nails were also not adhered correctly so I double they’ll last as long as they should. They got shellac on my skin and sanded my skin raw to try to fix it... read more

Manicure started chipping the very next morning...(15 hours later!!) First time professionally done manicure chipping right away. Even when I do it at home, doesn't come off this fast! Everyone was friendly, the service was good but I guess the quality is not that great ;(
