I usually have an okay experience here. Yesterday however I had a girl do my nails and she spoke little to no English she did a great job on my nails but when she waxed my eyebrows the wax room was being occupied by someone taking a nap and of course we can't interrupt that! There are many good nail artists here, but I went on February 28th and I was cut twice badly, my nail chipped 1 hour after leaving, I came back and got it fixed. When I got home I noticed all the nails had air bubbles and weren’t done right.

Nail chipped within a day, called back the next day to book an appointment for 11 a.m. When I arrived, they told me it was not available and that I had to book an appointment online. However, I had booked it online weeks ago, and when I came in, they told me online appointments don’t work and that I needed to call the store to book. Both times, they made me wait and just wasted my time, and the young girl who picked up my phone call was rude,no manners at all and making it sound like I owed her a billion dollars.
