Do not use this company. They will rob you if you get service done. I took my car in for repair. Turned out it needed more repair (transmission) than the car is worth. I told them to fix an oil leak and that was it. I get a call saying that a hose was "installed" incorrectly (which I doubt because the car hasn't had any repairs done for 7 years) and that it would cost over $700 to replace. I had all the maintenance completed on our 2017 Escape for years. This included the oil changes with confidence in their work. Until, after number of oil changes, I checked the oil level the day after an oil change and noticed no oil showing g on the dip stick. I took the Escape back up to them, they verified it was over a quart low on oil,an added oil. The staff at Candy are wonderful. They are always ready to help with any repairs or regular service is needed. Jason Dykstra is really helpful, and does what he can to be sure we have our vehicles back in a timely manner.
