I took my vehicle here for a recall on my camera. My check engine light was on so I asked them to check the issue with that as well. I was charged $600+ for them to diagnosis my vehicle and fix absolutely nothing on it. They noted that I declined to have the recall fixed, which was also not the case— it was the whole reason for the visit to start with! I was not impressed with the service department. The communication was very poor, and I only received updates if I called. I also felt like they tried to talk me into doing extra costly services and then turned around and didn't do exactly what they had said they were going to be doing. They had my vehicle for over 2 weeks and the day I picked it up it broke down on me!

The rudeness at the service department is like no other. We’ve been regulars and Jason hardly acknowledges me. The gal now at the desk is just as rude. No good morning, no I’m sorry after I didn’t know they went back to appointments! You are serving your local community! I would have some customer service inservices if I was in charge! Headed over to The Ford dealer in Albion today receiving top notch customer service!
