My hubby had to order a dealership part last week from here and it still isn't in. What could be taking so long when parts stores get ordered parts in the same to next day?? Having one vehicle for 2 people working sucks. And when he called to ask where the part was they acted like they couldn't care less. I do not recommend

Got charged almost $2000 for a rebuilt alternator. Ridiculous. First, I tested the alternator prior and my charger with an alternator testing option indicated the alternator was fine. I believe the belt was worn. This is a 2017 Ford Edge. I have done some reconnaissance and the average cost to replace an alternator on a 2017 Ford Edge ranged from $700 to $1200. They charged $1,220 just for labor!!!!!!! From information I garnered, 2-3 hours labor. I am appalled. I will never go back to Candy Ford, nor would I ever recommend ... read more

I took my vehicle here for a recall on my camera. My check engine light was on so I asked them to check the issue with that as well. I was charged $600+ for them to diagnosis my vehicle and fix absolutely nothing on it. They noted that I declined to have the recall fixed, which was also not the case— it was the whole reason for the visit to start with!
