Service was great.
Stopped in on Feb 10, while driving to see our daughter. Our car had started acting up, stalled a few times. Service dept staff took us right in to check a few things. Made sure we were good to make it to our destination. Super friendly staff. Easy to see why this dealership has a great reviews!
You could have 20 thousand sitting there waiting to be spent on your vehicle & the body shop is still going to make it seem like it's not worth their time. Lol I'm glad y'all's business is doing good.
In 2019 i went to them. They were the lowest offer for my trade in of the 3 dealers I took it to. They weren't even close. I contacted them and told them other dealers had offered more and they didn't even try to match it. Go ahead and try to sue me for posting bad reviews. I still have the printout of the offer, and the printouts of offers from 2 other dealerships as proof to back up everything I say
I live 5 miles from other Ford dealer in Lansing. Thought I would try a small town dealership. Nothing but great sevice from Steve in the body shop. Got it done two days early. Plus they did my recalled things from Ford. Other place told me about them. I will give them all of my bussiness. Best experience Ive ever had from a dealership.
