My bumpers were installed with noticeable gaps on both sides. Wife at the front desk was unprofessional, but what truly disappointed me was the clear dishonesty in communication. Initially, I was told that a part was missed during the repair because it hadn’t been ordered. I was assured that the missing part would be ordered, installed, and submitted for ICBC approval. Steve was so amazing to work with! My car looks incredible, and he went above and beyond the job by restoring my foggy headlights and detailing the inside and outside of my car before returning it to me. The rental he provided was also a nice, clean, new car, making the whole process that much easier. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for autobody work in the future!
