I am very grateful to this pharmacy. Their team is not only friendly and professional, but they truly care about their patients. They let me know well in advance when my refills are about to run out, coordinate directly with my doctor, and my medication has always arrived on time every time. The follow-up and communication are excellent. They have first-class customer service. Thank you for everything!
A great deal of work needs to be done on communication with customers when it comes to explaining how things work. It seems that there are obstacles at every level in the process that should be explained before personal information is collected. One representative is not on the same page as another, they just don't care enough or are incompetent.
We have been using Canadian Pharmacy King for more than 5 years and have been extremely happy with the service they provide. We started using them for my wife with eyedrops for her diabetes. We found their prices to be far lower than what we would pay under Medicare or using discount providers such as GoodRx. Currently, Medicare does not cover the drug and the price thru GoodRx is more than twice as high as what we pay through Canadian Pharmacy King.
