I was made orthotics by this doctor and they were great. However, the office is very poorly managed with wait times usually around 2 hours - even early in the day. They also lost a pair of my orthotics that they were refurbishing and refused to admit it. When trying to talk to the doctor about it he said he’d look and call me back in 10 minutes. When I followed up after no callback the message said they were on vacation for a week. I’m changing doctors (once they find my orthotics) and would NOT recommend this practice.

Plan for a day trip when seeing this doctor. 1st appointment we waited 1:50 hours to see him. 2nd appointment we waited 1:45 hours, rescheduled for 1st appointment of the day and walked out. 3rd appointment today, we waited 45 minutes when I asked if he was already running late, I got the deer in the head lights stare, so I said to the receptionist, "he's not even here is he"? She shook her head and said no he's not, she apologized many times. He is not worth the wait for an appointment. Clearly has no compassion or respect ... read more

We are currently in the process of taking legal action against this office for non-payment related to an X-ray machine purchase. The defendant has been deliberately avoiding receipt of court documents, so we are proceeding with alternative service of process as permitted by law. Please be advised before engaging in any business with this office.
