Brandon was great at communicating! I got a reasonable price. He always stayed with him timelines. The finished product absolutely met my expectations! Overall the process was fantastic and I would definitely recommend Candor (and have)!
Unfortunately we did not have a great expedience with Candor. Our concrete started spalling less than 6 mo after it was completed. They said it was due to salt use but I’ve used salt on concrete my whole life and I’ve never had this issue and it’s spalling in areas that salt was never used. If salt was such a huge concern they should have informed us of this but that didn’t happen. They came back to repair/patch it but the color was totally off and it now looks worse than before. Recently used Candor for the second time to pour a sidewalk around a large storage shed. Can't say enough about their efficiency and professionalism! Very happy with finished product and pricing is very reasonable. We plan on using them in the future for a driveway and would recommend them to anyone we knew who needed solid concrete work done.
Two years ago I asked Candor Contracting to quote a tear out and pour of a newer, larger driveway. The quote Branden provided was much lower than we had anticipated, so we asked for a quote for a backyard patio. Total quote for the driveway and patio were within our budget so we moved forward. We were so happy with the work Branden and his crew did on the driveway and patio, we requested a quote for a sidewalk in the backyard to connect the patio and sidewalk on the side of the house.
