This was a fair neighborhood. The staff was nice. Snow removal was on time. However, the maintenance requests were somewhat poorly handled. On one ocassion, I had to wait more than 6 months for a simple check on window screens. I also had an issue with a new upstairs neighbor with a huge troubled dog that would constantly be barking and moaning all night, and it took almost 1.5 months to resolve this issue. Great place to rent! Staff are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Apartments are clean and well maintained, although some parts may be slightly worn. Overall an excellent place to live!
