GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL MAKING 2 FALSE CLAIMS TO WHY IM BEING DISCHARGED FROM THE PRACTICE. MY HIGH RISK PROVIDER CALLED TO FOLLOW UP AND THEY TOLD HER I WAS DISCHARGED FOR WRITING A BAD REVIEW ON GOOGLE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!??? HOW IMMATURE! IM 27 WEEKS PREGNANT AND NOW COMPLETELY WITHOUT PRENATAL CARE! ENJOY THIS REVIEW CANDLEWOOD. ALSO FILED COMPLAINT WITH CT DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.

I had an appointment this morning but when I arrived I was told that my doctor was out on leave and that they had tried to reach me... 3 weeks ago. One woman claimed that they left me 2 messages (which I never received). I asked why in all that time they had never made any effort to SPEAK to me as I had obviously not called them back. I was told that I should have called them after I got the messages (which I NEVER GOT). One woman continued to imply that it was my fault. Amazing! The doctors that I have seen are very nice. The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because the women at the front desk are so rude. Every time I go there no matter which one I get they always have an atttitude. I think they should get some more training on customer service! Very poor attitudes.
Dr. Kelly is just simply the best doctor I've ever had to deal with! Everyone here is so friendly, especially compared to Physicians for Women! I love it here!
