Roach, Roach, Roach. Everywhere you can see them. The worst hotel.
Upon arrival, I was informed that the elevator was out of service and that my room was on the fourth floor. I had three large rolling suitcases and had to carry them up four flights of stairs, which was extremely difficult and frustrating—especially while paying for the stay. I asked if I could receive a late checkout as a courtesy since I would have to carry all of my luggage back down four flights of stairs at checkout, but my request was denied.
