When a fire displaced my family the staff here was so wonderful I could have cried. Not only were they super nice but their rooms have full fridges and cook tops which made being displaced much easier on my family. Thank you so much to the team here for taking the some of the stress off of us.

The room is really nice but I didn't know they don't offer continental breakfast (never stayed at one and it wasn't listed that they don't offer that) and no ice machine (waiting on the in room fridge to make ice takes forever).The gal that checked me in wasn't friendly at all and I make it a priority to be friendly and courteous at every hotel we stay at. I drive truck cross country. Truck needed to go in the shop and I had a really bad case of the flu. Checked in and spent several nights here. Great staff, Courtney at check in was amazing. When I had problems with my tv she came right up to help me solve it. Savannah and Louis are just amazing people. Southern Hospitality reigns here!
