I stayed at this hotel previously and had a good experience, so when I was back in town, I decided to stay again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I booked through Booking.com despite being an IHG member, only to learn that I would not receive membership points because the reservation was not made through the IHG app. We were also charged for parking, which added to the disappointment. I need to update my review from 8 years ago. Back then, everything was clean, and the staff was great. Unfortunately, during my stay this month, I was shocked by how much the property had declined. I stayed in a queen suite that cost over $220 per night. The floors were so stained that we didn't even want to walk around barefoot. The bathroom was in poor condition—the shower curtain was damaged, and the faucet was broken.
