We checked in on Thursday, 2/19/26 and was supposed to check out on 2/21/26, but our room was so dirty and smelly that we left the next morning, 2/20/26. When we arrived, after driving 6 hours, there was dried up coffee on the counter at check in. When I came downstairs the next morning there was a guy at the front desk chatting it up with one of the cleaning women. I told them the dried up coffee was there the night before. This hotel's a total dump - the room reeks, towels are ripped, stained, and gross, and the pans are custed with old food. It's a biohazard in there.
The best place to stay long-term
My stay at Candlewood Suites was great overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having a kitchenette. The staff was polite and attentive. A couple of small things could be improved, but I’d recommend this hotel and stay again.
