Quiet and clean. Location was perfect for the event i was speaking at. Great restaurants and grocery shopping options. The only thing I was not happy with the check-in and check-out processes. Did not receive my senior discount and didn't when I inquired two additional times.

Super noisy being right next to 295. Smells bad everywhere as soon as you walk in. Carpets are filthy and stained on all 3 floors. Much nicer and cleaner options around. Also no breakfast

Overall terrible experience with the hotel and corporate. I was overcharged at arrival and no manager was on sight to credit my account. Called guest services with ihg and they were equally unhelpful. Rooms were also below average and the hotel had a Smokey dog smell Overall IHG should be paying me for this aweful experience
