BEWARE GIVING ANY OF YOUR CARD INFORMATION to this hotel If I could give a zero star I would NO management on site, during the weekends to contact. not that it makes a differences management is very unprofessional rude along with front desk and housekeeping this hotel and rooms are not clean. To start, the room was nice. It was clean and there was plenty of space. Upon arrival, the location looked fine. Unfortunately there are a number of people that are just hanging around the entrances all throughout the day. The door to our building states that it is locked and you need a key to enter “for your safety”, yet at no point was this door locked. I thought based on location this may be a nice place for a kid free night away. It is not. The rooms are not clean. There was a big clump of hair right on top of the shower drain. The floors had not been vacuumed or mopped. The sheets were thread bare, pilly, and rough. The incidental charge was higher than the room rate lol. The kid at the desk could use some customer service training. Rooms are better than the pictures. I knew the second I walked into the entryway and it smelled old it wasnt a good sign. IHG is a trusted brand that I usually have no issues with. The second we walked into the room I saw stains on the chairs, the room was not spacious like advertised, and the stairs and carpeting inside the hallways was filthy.
