We arrived late at night and were made to wait for over an hour just to check in, which is completely unacceptable after a long day of travel. To make matters worse, when I requested a late checkout as a Diamond Elite member, the hotel refused and gave me a rather unconvincing excuse, despite the property appearing almost empty. The lack of consideration, poor service, and failure to make a loyal IHG member feel valued were extremely disappointing. Room smelled like dog urine. A dog tried to jump at me coming out my room. The blankets that we used smell like dog urine even after 3 washes. Staff was amazing, always eager to help. I spent 5 months here for business and was always accommodating to anything I needed. The kitchenettes provided plenty of utensils and space. The gym was relatively well equipped and was kept clean. Has an outdoor pool that is kept in order. Overall best bang for your buck if you're traveling for business or leisure.

This is the only place I will stay when I come up here short or long term. Room quality and amenities are great being that the hotel is fairly new. Quiet and convenient location. Cindy and her staff are all very friendly and helpful every time I interact with them. Thanks and keep it up!
